Information for Vendors

We are inviting potential vendors to submit an application to be part of Oxford Pride 24. 

Because of the success of 2021’s “Out on the Grove” event, Oxford Pride added a post-parade festival in 2022. This year’s event is May 6th on Union Plaza from 3-5 PM. As part of the festival, we are again looking to have vendors as part of the event.

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee that you will be able to set-up and sell items that day. Because the event is taking place on the campus of the University of Mississippi, all potential vendors will have to be cleared by Contractual Services. Anyone seeking to sell food items will also have to be cleared by the University’s contracted food service provider. We will pass on your application to the appropriate entity for review and approval. 

We will not be charging a fee for vendors to set-up, but tf you have a good day, we would appreciate a donation to our Isom LGBTQ Arts, Culture, and Community Development Fund, which helps support LGBTQ+ programming throughout the year. Donations can be made here: www.umfoundation.com/pride.

Applications are due by March 31st.
